Comfortable studio for 2 to 3 people, 5 minutes from the city center by car, in privileged area, with terrace.

In the residential area of La Genette, 1.2 km from the city center and the old port, 800 m from the mail, the seaside and shops, studio of 28 m2 in quiet and quality residence, on the 1st floor with elevator.

Contemporary style, our comfortable studio (flat screen TV, equipped kitchen) can accommodate up to 3 people (bed 140 cm and bz 80 cm) and is composed of:

- entrance with storage closets

- a shower room

- a main room with equipped kitchen, sleeping area

and benefits from a terrace of 7 m2 with garden furniture.

Bicycle storage and outdoor parking are available (subject to availability), free street parking

Sheets and linens are available as an option.

Our apartment is non-smoking and pets are prohibited (breach of contract without compensation).

Weekly rates, Saturday to Saturday: 

- Low season (October to April, excluding school holidays): 370 €

- Middle season (May, June, September, school holidays): 430 €

- High season ( July and August): 490 €

Two-week discount: -40 € 

Tourist tax 3*: € 1.65 per day per person (from 18 years). 

Short stay on request in low season, depending on last minute availabilities: from 2 nights minimum 150 €.
